Latin ingredient of the week: Flour tortillas (VIDEO RECIPE)

I didn't grow up eating tortillas in my Cuban household. However, the minute I discovered them when my family came to the U.S., I knew one thing: it was a match made in taste bud heaven. I've completely fallen in love with tortillas because of how versatile they are. You can make them into tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, tostadas and oh so much more. They're a staple of Mexican cuisine, both made out of flour and out of corn (which is considered more classic).

I love flour tortillas, though, because I find that they are much easier to buy and very easy to combine into any of your favorite dishes. In fact, I think flour tortillas are pretty easy to make, too! If you've never tried making your own tortillas, you're really missing out. Warm and fresh tortillas (although you can also easily store them in your freezer for months) are one of life's best little pleasures. Let me know you just how easy they are with this great flour tortilla video recipe.
