Thanksgiving is tomorrow and, although I have my family menu all set up, I'm still not sure what I'm going to do for dessert!
Well, that's not totally true. I know that I'm definitely going to make two pies and I know that one of them is going to be a Latinized pumpkin pie. The recipe, below, is simply amazing. Then, of course, there's the 4 more great Latin fall pies that are absolutely to-die-for…but how do you choose? To be honest, I don't know what sounds better: the rum-infused pecan pie, spiced sweet potato meringue pie, dulce de leche apple pie or the spiced cranberry pineapple pie.
