I love Thanksgiving but, I have to be honest: although I enjoy making delicious turkey sandwiches after the holiday is over, I also get kind of sick of eating turkey for days and days. And so I couldn't have been more excited than when I found this delicious slow cooker chicken tacos recipe. I'm DEFINITELY making them this weekend to enjoy in between turkey leftovers. I mean, seriously, how great do they look?! I'm just salivating over them.

Slow Cooker Chili Chicken Tacos
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Slow Cook: 4 hours on High
Yield: About 4 cups cooked
__Ingredients:
__2 pound(s) (about 6) boneless, skinless chicken thighs
4 clove(s) garlic, thinly sliced
1/2 cup(s) prepared tomato salsa, plus more for serving (optional)
1 to 2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle chiles in adobo
1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
Coarse salt and ground pepper
8 hard corn taco shells
Cilantro, shredded cheese , lime wedges, and sour cream, for serving (optional)
