Celebrities tend to set trends because they have access and resources at their fingertips. We may not have the same access or resources when it comes to fashion trends, but when it comes to nail trends, we can totally rock the same or similar styles that celebs do on our own fingertips. Recreating say the hottest spring/summer manicure is a lot more accessible and affordable for most of us than say recreating a red-carpet look and for that we say, YAY!

Also, after a cold and tiring winter, who doesn’t want to joyfully celebrate any season that isn’t winter in every and any way possible? She dazzled and so did her nails. They had a yellow base with 3-D sparkle on top. Textured nails and nails with embellishments are big for spring and summer this year. Rachel's nails complemented the rest of her look perfectly, but they would look great with jeans and a T-shirt, too.
Michelle Williams rocked three nail trends to the Oscars.
Glossy nails are big for spring/summer, so are sparkly nails, and so are dainty French manicure nails. Somehow, Michelle Williams wore these three trends at once while keeping the overall look so simple and demure.

Floral nails for spring/summer are kind of a no-brainer, but the floral pattern on singer Selena Gomez's nails is next level. They almost look like Japanese cloisonné art with enamel and metallic detailing.
Hailey Bieber popularized glazed donut nails.
You know how a glazed donut has that kind of pearly color coating on it? Hailey has been applying that aesthetic to her nails and they've been a big hit. She's even worn variations of it like this one, with red French tips.
But a fashionable gal can't subsist on glazed donuts alone.
The model's nail artist has also adorned her nails with an Easter-y yellow color. This is such an easy manicure to recreate because it's just one color. Pick any beautiful bright color that makes you want to smile as you skip through a field of flowers.
Cardi B all chromed out!
Chrome nails continue to be popular. Cardi B opted for a super long version, but really the trend is about the metallic colors and can be worn on any length. Hers are giving motorcycle vibes. Vroom, vroom!
Sweet candy colored nails are fun.
Selena's nail artist called these "Pastel Skittle" nails. But if we're talking candy, they look more like Smarties or some kind of Easter candy. You could easily recreate this look at home with your favorite pastel shades.
Chrome on the runway.
Models on the Tommy Hilfiger runway for the spring/summer show rocked chrome nails and they looked spectacular. The chrome look feels edgy and sharp. It's also not necessarily a trend we see in the warmer months.
Preppy stripes are in!
Another fab trend spotted on the Tommy Hilfiger spring/summer runway were preppy nails in a deep red and blue striped design. If that color combo isn't your jam, don't be shy about changing it up. It would work with pink and green or all kinds of other color combos.
Black and white nails on Lourdes Leon.
Madonna's daughter Lourdes knows that black and white French tip nails look good all year long. Swipe to see how she had one hand done in black and the other hand done in white. You could even alternate the colors on each nail.

French manicures have gone dainty.
Dainty French manicures, sometimes called micro French, were spotted on the Fendi Resort 2023 runway and they are delightful. French manicures are a year-round staple that get creative twists regularly. This dainty version is adorable.
Use neutral tones and glitter to create naked disco balls on your nails.
Here the trend is modeled on Selena Gomez's lovely hands. Not only is it a fun and fresh way to add some glam to your look, it's also easy to recreate at home. No crazy design, just glitter that shimmers and sparkles in the light.
Nudists rejoice!
You don't have to be a nudist to appreciate nude nails. Hailee Steinfeld went nude with the help of celebrity manicurist Tom Bachik. They opted for a glossy nude and pointy tip that looks great with the colorful print on Hailee's top.
