Cardi B showed off her real hair in a recent Instagram pic, and it looks gorgeous. The "I Like It" rapper showed off the results of an at-home hair mask she made for herself and her daughter Kulture, using all-natural ingredients. While we are used to seeing her rocking the prettiest wigs and extensions, it turns out Cardi was hiding some major length underneath it all.

The Grammy winner shared the process with her fans on Instagram, giving them step-by-step instructions as well as a list of all the products she puts in her concoction. Since we are spending time at home, now is a good time to give our hair a rest from the heat and products and make some homemade masks so that our locks are healthy and shiny for the next time we are able to show them off.
The rapper broke down the process of her hair mask.
The "Money" rapper shared the ingredients that she says she uses for her and her daughter's hair. She said that Kulture has a tight curly hair pattern but that the super-moisturizing natural avocado-based mask works for both of their hair types.
The mask requires plenty of different oils.
A lot of products most people have at home are part of this homemade mask. She happened to have a wide variety of oils that she added to her mix. Cardi blends a big scoop of mayonnaise, avocado oil, black castor oil, and argan oil in a bowl with honey and a whole egg.
She makes sure to blend it well.
The rapper also adds a banana to the mix and then combines it all in a blender to make sure that there are no chunks of avocado or banana left so that the application goes on smoothly.
Cardi showed off her baby's hair.
The musician applied the mask to her baby Kulture's hair, and she showed off how it started to work almost instantly. "Look how it brings out her curl pattern," Cardi said in a series of clips she shared to her Instagram stories.

We're used to seeing Cardi wearing wigs or with her hair fully straight or wrapped, but seeing her natural hair makes us want to see her like this more often. It's gorgeous! "My hair gets like this when you blow-dry it, then two days later it gets puffed up," she said in the clip. "My hair is not curly—my daughter's hair is curly—it's straight like this, but I still needed moisture."

While Cardi let the hair mask sit in her hair, she shared some throwback photos of her hair whenever she wore it out in its natural state, and we love it! She shared the pics with her fans and told them to "Trust the hair process." It might take some time to grow out our hair like this, but with time and the proper treatments, it's possible to keep your hair looking luscious and healthy like Cardi's looks now.

Cardi applied the homemade hair mask to her hair, tied it up, and let it sit for some time before she rinsed it off. It's important to give your hair time to absorb the nutrients before washing it off.
She then shared pics of the process.
After letting it rest for some time, Cardi washed off the mask in the shower and showed how long and nourished it looked before she even styled it! It seems like a long process but totally worth it.
