Meghan is living an absolute fairy-tale life. She married Prince Harry in May 2018 and is living out most girls' dreams to be a real-life royal. The former actress has since become an inspiration for women with her beauty, her style, and the way she carries herself. Everything about Meghan–from her clothing fashion and hairstyles to her makeup, accessories, and jewelry–has become a source of inspiration since she became a member of the royal family. And it's clear to see why! She looks amazing from head to toe at just about every event.
More and more women like Xochytl are now trying to alter their looks and bring her as a reference.
Meghan's personal features, from her nose to her jawline, have become coveted by some women. For some, her beauty is so breathtaking that it's worth the money and the pain to share a resemblance with her.
Xochytl appeared on an episode of ABC's "Nightline" to show her plastic surgery journey.
The show followed the lawyer as she went to the operating room in November and underwent three procedures to look more like Meghan. She had liposuction, a rhinoplasty, and fat grafting from her buttocks to her cheeks. She also had fillers on her jawline. The procedures cost her $30,000.
Xochytl shared side-by-side images of her results and compared herself to Meghan.

She said that she felt like plastic surgery might help her dating life.
The single mom of three said she wanted to get back into the dating scene after her relationship with the father of her youngest child failed. She said now she would feel more comfortable with herself.
She looks gorgeous, but not in a Meghan Markle way.
She shared a close-up selfie of her results from the day she did her grand reveal, and she looks gorgeous in her own way.
Xochytl says she "feels happy again" after her surgeries.
While she was happy with her results, a lot of people online have said some negative things to her. "I was at first getting some very nasty messages telling me I look nothing like her, that I should be asking the doctors for refunds. I deleted those comments and made myself private and kind of moved on," she told Entertainment Tonight. Those people haven't had positive reactions to her transformation, but she says that at least her 2-year-old daughter confuses Meghan for her mommy. "She's like, 'It's mommy on TV! It's mommy!' and I'm like, 'Nope, that's not mommy,'" she told ET.
