Thalía__ really does crack me up sometimes. And while her Instagram page definitely weirds me out a times, every now and again she'll post something that I can't help but appreciate. The Mexican singer and actress recently shared a hilarious Boomerang video of her dancing and posing in a faja and her reason for doing it is even better than the video itself.

Oh Thalía, you really do understand sometimes. The video she shared was life. Not because that faja gave her the tiniest waist ever. I could care less about that. It's her reason for posting the video and the humor associated with it.
Thalía didn't share this video to show off her awesome bod. Well, maybe she did a little bit. And sure maybe she was also attempting to sell her product. But I'm telling you the caption is everything.

"No more guilt trips after eating so much food! Start the new week with an exercise routine, and get a little help from Thalía by Leonisa shapewear," she captioned the post.
I know what you're thinking. How is this video and caption body positive at all? She's basically telling us to put on a faja from her personal line and hit the gym. I get it. BUT she's also emphasizing the importance of not feeling guilty about eating so much, which is something we totally do this time of the year.
I'm not suggesting you binge eat and then kill yourself at the gym. I'm just saying that it's the holiday season and the last thing any of us should be doing is depriving ourselves and making ourselves feel guilty for having a second empanda or having another serving of arroz con guandules. It's the holiday season, let loose, enjoy the food–and don't hate yourself and your body in the process. That's all I'm saying.
Thalía clearly didn't hold back this Thanksgiving, and good for her!

As for Thalía's faja, that's for you to decide if you want to try or not. I'm going to have to give a hard pass on that one. But that's just me.
