This woman asked for a round mani & got crazy alien fingers instead

The only thing worse than a chipped manicure is paying for a bad manicure. I've had my fair share of messy manis, but nothing compares to the nail nightmare that happened to one woman by the name of Emma Jones. In fact, Jones' experience has us suddenly a lot more concerned about our nail shapes. This is the craziest mani I've ever seen.

Apparently Jones had requested to have her nails filed into a round shape. You know, something like this:

But the nail technician took her request WAY too literally. And instead she got this:

She got round nails alright.

Tell me that isn't the scariest thing you've ever seen? Okay fine, there are definitely scarier things in life, but this manicure is pretty darn terrifying. It almost looks like she just dipped her finger tips in silver polish.

If you're like me, you're wondering how the nail technician even made it to complete the look. Like why didn't Jones stop him before it got this bad? Jones explained to MamaMia.com that she got distracted. Apparently she was so busy talking to the technician she had no idea what he had done to her nails until after she left the salon. How wild is that?

"I was completely distracted at the salon because we were talking about my experiences in Turkey, as I have just come back from a holiday, so I headed out the salon and got in my car and thought what on earth has he done!"

Damn, that sucks.

"I was mortified so I headed to my cousin's mum's salon to have my eyebrows done and she was mortified as she is a nail technician herself."

God, I feel for this girl. I wouldn't have paid for that manicure though. Seriously, how good was that Turkey conversation? How do you actually leave the salon and pay without noticing this? I have never left a nail salon without checking my nails first. My mind is a little blown by this.

Thank god she booked an appointment to get them fixed.
