Khloé Kardashian was 23 years old when Keeping up With the Kardashians premiered in 2007 and she's been in the public eye ever since. The reality star is now 40 and has been killing it professionally and not just on her family's newer reality show, The Kardashians. Her Good American clothing line and her various endorsements and sponsorships make her a bona fide business mogul. Add to that that she's head over heels in love with her two children, whom she shares with her ex, NBA star Tristan Thompson, and it's clear that Khloé leads a full and fulfilling life. Not that her life is always easy or mess-free, but somehow she manages to take it all in stride and works to evolve.

Speaking of evolving, Khloé's appearance has gone through quite the evolution since we first met her on her family's former reality show over 15 years ago. She has completely transformed her body and even had her own series, Revenge Body, which centered around Khloé helping others look and feel their best physically and emotionally.
People are always speculating about whether she's had work done, including a nose job and other procedures to help with weight loss. Khloé shut down a fan on Instagram who asked her if she'd gotten a nose job, saying makeup is what gave her nose a narrower appearance. She did eventually admit to having a nose job, though, but that was a couple of years later. Everything from her facial features to her hair has changed throughout the years. Here's a look at her dramatic beauty transformation from when we first laid eyes on her up until now.
This is how the world first met Khloé Kardashian in 2007.
This is how Khloé looked back in 2007—fresh-faced with soft, minimal makeup and long brown hair. She looked super natural and so different than she does today. Not a bad thing, we all evolve with time, right?
Here she is in 2008 enjoying time at the beach.
Khloé has always been gorgeous, but her shape has always been under scrutiny. In 2008, she would get called out as the largest of the Kardashian sisters. It's so unfair to compare her to her sisters Kim or Kourtney because she's so much taller than them and even if she wasn't so much taller, why criticize her for having a different body type?
This was Khloé's fresh-faced look in 2011.
This was before she became a master makeup contouring artist or had a whole glam squad to do the contouring for her for events. There is an obvious difference and her face was fuller. She also wore a lot less makeup back then. Her hair was long and dark in those days.
She was a brunette for a while.
Khloé was all about those long, dark, voluminous waves back then. Currently, her hair tends to be much lighter. All the Kardashian sisters had similar hair back them. We wouldn't be surprised to see Khloé embracing dark hair again at some point.
Eventually she went ombré with her hair.
Khloé was one of the stars who wore ombré the best! She probably was one of the initiators of the trend that years later is still going strong. This picture was before she went full-on blond. Look at how shiny and healthy her hair looked.
By 2013, she started going blond.
Brown hair looks great on her, but so does this golden hair. The way it frames her face is so flattering. The hair color plays off of the glow of her skin. This was just the beginning of her journey to blond, though.
Khloé got slimmer.
Khloé's waist was looking really slim by 2013. It could be the style of the dress that creates this effect, but it's not hard to see that her body is definitely starting to look more toned. That white dress looked great on her.
Khloé was looking sexy as heck in 2015.
Look at how confident and comfortable in her body she looks. By 2015, Khloé Kardashian had evolved not just physically, but she just seemed more in tune with herself. That confidence was probably a result of a combination of things like being older, being more comfortable with all eyes on her, and definitely from spending so much time getting physically strong.
Then people started noticing Khloé's butt kept getting bigger.
So many rumors about how she got such a plump and perky derriere started making the rounds. At the time, she denied rumors that she'd had any kind of butt enhancement or any plastic surgery done. Hey, it's possible she reshaped her booty in the gym.
Her cheekbones became more noticeable.
Whatever it is that gave her face such a sharp structure is amazing. We can't tell if it's a really good highlight, the weight loss, or the help of fillers. She did admit she would get fillers at some point, but this is looking like some great highlighting.
Her features look clearly different in certain photos.
There are tons of photo-editing apps out there and Khloé is no stranger to them. It's important to keep in mind when looking at any photos on social media that what we see online is not necessarily what we would see in reality.
Look how thin her nose looks in this pic from June 2017.
At the time, Khloé had denied nose job rumors for years. Apparently she'd been told to get one quite a few times. "I appreciate that I didn't succumb to what everyone has always said in the past, like, 'You gotta get a nose job.' If I feel I wanted one, I would've," she told Cosmopolitan. "And if I want to do something, I'll totally do it—I don't care and I'll be the first one to say, 'Look what I just did! This is my doctor, let's do an interview with him and give me the free nose job!'"
Back then she was using contouring to reshape her nose.
The pics of her sporting a thinner-looking nose were probably just a combination of good contouring, lighting, and even photo editing. Spoiler alert: She did eventually get and admit to getting a nose job, but that didn't happen until 2019.
Khloé's hard work was noticed by many.
Khloé posted these side-by-side pics on January 10, 2017 just two days before the premiere of her show Revenge Body. They really show just how much her body changed through all of her hard work. To be honest, though, she looks pretty darned good in both the pics.
She believes in putting the work in before opting for help.
"I just have a lot of friends that just go to get liposuction when not once have they tried to go to the gym or tried to change their diet, so they're literally eating a box of pizza the day before, and then going to get lipo," she told Cosmopolitan. "That I disagree with. But if you're working out, and you have a trouble area, and it's still bothering you, then go fix it if you want."
Listen, it's not like anyone owes us any explanations.
Khloé lives a very public life and is under tons of scrutiny, but the truth is that no one needs to tell anyone if they have chosen to alter anything on their body with the help of surgery or cosmetic procedures. It's a sensitive subject on both sides. Even though Khloé is a celebrity, she can keep certain things private. On the other hand when celebrities do have procedures done to alter their appearance and don't share what they've done, it creates unrealistic ideals.
Her pregnancy style was fun.
Khloé stayed true to her personal style throughout her pregnancy. This outfit she wore for her family's annual Christmas Eve party in 2017 was so sparkly and perfect for the holidays. It also beautifully showed off her growing belly.
Koko had that pregnancy glow.
Khloé showed off her growing belly in March 2018 with this pic on Instagram. She looked absolutely radiant! We love how she fully embraced her gorgeous belly and her pregnancy changes. She even had her company Good American put out pregnancy jeans.
She showed off her post-baby bod.
She didn't shy away from wearing form-fitting outfits after giving birth. She looked great in this orange outfit a few months after having, True. Also, that high ponytail and the bright outfit gave her a kind of Barbie-esque look.
Khloé shut down nose job rumors in 2018.
Khloé shared this photo of herself in July 2018 and one commenter asked whether or not she'd gotten plastic surgery. "Did she get her nose done or just really fleeky contouring," the Instagram user commented. Koko responded: "One day I think I'll get one because I think about it everyday. But I'm scared so for now it's all about contour."
This straight, blunt bob looks amazing on her.
This photo of her is absolutely breathtaking. This hairstyle is so fresh and the platinum blond hair color is gorgeous on her. Her makeup is also one of the things that has evolved and it's been a lovely evolution.
She was hit with speculation of a nose job, again, after this photo.
In 2019, fans took to social media to compare older photos of Khloé and they claimed that she had gotten a nose job. Welp, Khloé has gone on record saying that she got a nose job a few weeks before True's first birthday in 2019. "My whole life I would say—I've always wanted my nose done, forever," she told Robin Roberts during a special the Kardashians filmed for ABC in 2022. "But it's in the middle of your face and it's scary to think about. But I finally got the courage, and I did it, and I love it."
Khloé looked like a golden goddess in 2019.
She looked so tan and golden at the family's annual Christmas Eve party in 2019. Khloé is often trying out new hairdos and cuts and this full bob really makes her stand out. Her makeup choices have also changed drastically through the years, and the contouring gives her face such a different look.
This 'bronde' hair color looks amazing on her.
Khloé showed off some super light eyes paired with with a long, high pony that was darker than her usual blond hair in February 2020. "Loving this Bronde pony! Do I go back to Bronde??? Let me know Bronde means blonde and brown mix for those who don’t know ," she captioned the gorgeous pic.
We're not used to seeing Khloé makeup-free.
She shared this radiant gym mirror selfie in March 2020 and it's so clear how much she has changed in recent years! Her body looks cut. Her abs are evidence of just how hard she works out. What's even more surprising is seeing her pose with no makeup and truly showing off her natural beauty.
She took us back with this brown curly hair.
Khloé gave us a flashback of her former looks with this brown curly hair look she wore for a KKW Fragrance photo shoot with her sisters. She looks amazing with blond hair but this brown hair color looks so good on her.
Khloé loves to pose for pics to show off her new looks.
Khloé showed off her perfectly done glam in a pic in May 2020, with some photos showing off her with her pouty lips, big eyes, and long hair. The Good American founder has really changed her appearance and regardless of how she did it, she does look pretty great.
This pic of Khloé started some major controversy.
People had a lot to say when Khloé shared this pic in May 2020. Her new hair looked great, it was a honey blond with light brown streaks, but fans pointed out that everything else about her appearance looked a bit different, too. People commented on her complexion, which was tanner than usual, and other aspects of her face that some believe she had altered. "Location: under b–ches skiiiinnnnn ," she wrote as her caption.
This is actually a more natural look for Khloé.
While Khloé's obviously wearing a full face of makeup and a hair piece in this photo, which she posted for a sponsorship with a pharmaceutical company, it's still a more natural look than what we typically see from her. The makeup really shows off her features.
She reminds us of Kourtney here.
For some reason, this brunette look Khloé sported to promote a supplement brand she has a partnership with really reminds us of her older sister Kourtney. Overall, it's a much darker appearance than we're used to seeing from Koko. It's different, but very cute.
These long brown tresses are everything.
in 2021, Khloé wore long brunette extensions that looked fantastic. Paired with a softer, more natural makeup look, she looked so good. Again, it's a complete transformation from how she looked even just a year before.
Khloé has naturally curly hair.
Most of the time, Khloé seems to prefer wearing her hair straight, even though it has a natural curl to it, but on December 17, 2021, she shared a series of photos of herself with curls galore. Khloé's hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons reposted the photos and wrote:

Can you imagine how much effort it must take to have abs like the one's Khloé showed off on May 14, 2022? Also, how great is this whole swim look that she's wearing. It's from her Good American line and it is perfection. That matching cover-up is amazing.
Looking pinktastic just days before her 39th birthday.
Khloé was born on June 27, 1984. She posted these two photos of herself wearing different shades of pink from top to bottom just days before her 39th birthday. She looks like Barbie's life-sized twin.
What a difference bangs make!
At first glance, it's hard to tell that the woman in these pics is Khloé. "Fun fact: I wore clip on bangs for this shoot. It was fun to give a different look and not be committed. I am surprised with how much I liked the bangs even though they changed the shape of my face. Would you ever get bangs?" she wrote in the caption.
In 2022, she went through a skin cancer scare when she discovered a tumor on her face.
Despite efforts to conceal a bandage she was wearing, eagle-eyed fans noticed something was up, so Khloé addressed the issue via her Instagram Stories and wrote: "After noticing a small bump on my face and assuming it was something as minor as a zit, I decided to get it biopsied 7 months after realizing it was not budging." It was melanoma!
She had to get a huge incision made on her face to remove the tumor.
"I guess when they were reviewing the labs, a lot more than what they thought had to be removed," Khloé told her friend Malika Haqq while filming for The Kardashians. Fortunately her doctor was able to remove the whole tumor and all of her margins were clear.
And how's she looking after the cancer scare?
Just fine. She went blond for a L'Officiel magazine photo shoot and looks like a glamazon with legs that go on forever. Whoever took care of the scarring from her stiches did a magnificent job because you really can't tell that anything happened.
