Meme makeup is here to make you laugh when you’re having a crappy day

I have to admit, the makeup trends that have been coming out these days are a lot more amusing than they are practical. I've literally seen it all from unicorn-inspired rainbow highlighter to beauty bloggers applying makeup using condoms, tampons, and hard-boiled eggs. The latest? Apparently peeps are painting memes on their eyelids using liquid liner and eye shadow and it's the craziest but best thing I've seen on the internet all week.

More from MamásLatinas: People who are nuts are using hard-boiled eggs to blend their makeup & it's gross

If you spend enough time on social media, chances are you've come across some really fun memes like Crying Kim (my personal fave), Salt Bae and the Kermit/Dark Kermit. Apparently, now you can find those very same memes on people's eyelids, all thanks to some genius makeup artists and beauty bloggers on social media.

Some of the best ones I've found so far have definitely been Salt Bae, the Turkish chef whose signature salt move made him an internet sensation. Seriously, look at the detail on this thing!

Then there's the Kermit/Dark Kermit meme that even your mother who's barely on Instagram would recognize. You gotta love how the artist also included an appropriate caption for this one.

Crying Kim is my favorite because who doesn't laugh when they see Kim Kardashian's ugly crying face? I love how they even drew in the actual quote she said when she broke out in this cry: "If you know how I feel, why would you say that?" Pure genius.

Makeup artist Lexus Perez literally gave me life with that petty Skai Jackson meme. If you're living under a rock and not familiar with the Skai Jackson meme, let me give you a quick recap. The Disney Channel star had tweeted a poised picture of herself before an interview back in April 2016 that literally went viral. Apparently folks thought her facial expression was the perfect image for petty memes and it's been all over the internet ever since. So here's the original meme:

And here's the makeup meme:

Pretty impressive right?

As silly as this all is, you gotta love the internet for constantly keeping us amused.
