You NEED these Korean lip masks & here’s why

When it comes to skincare, Korean beauty always seems to be like five steps ahead of the rest of us. The latest innovative invention to emerge from them is the genius lip mask. That's right, there are masks now JUST for your lips. As if mask binging wasn't enough. It's such a big deal that even celebs including Jessica Alba, Lady Gaga, Kim Kardashian and Emma Stone are on it. In fact, Emma Stone used one to get her lips baby soft for the Golden Globes.

Emma's makeup artist, Rachel Goodwin shared a picture of her client rocking the lip mask on with the caption: "Some say beauty is pain, others say it's [sic] ridiculous!" Sure, they might look kind of funny but apparently they're effective. They are especially great during the winter season since they work to hydrate, smooth, and slightly plump lips.

There are a number of different lip masks out there to choose from these day but the one Emma tried was the KNC Beauty All Natural Collagen Infused Lip Mask which retails at $25. Jessica Alba and Lady Gaga swear by the collagen-boosting TonyMoly Kiss Kiss Lovely Lip Patch which only costs $5.

Kim Kardashian seems to also be a fan of the KNC Beauty All Natural Collagen Infused Lip Mask. There's also the BITE Beauty Agave Lip Mask ($26), Kaplan MD Lip 20 Mask ($48), and Kollection K Aritaum Ginger Sugar Overnight Lip Mask ($12). But if you're looking for a really cheap fix, try Sephora Collection Lip Mask ($3).

Sure, they might look weird AF but the results seem SO worth it!
