The kind of makeup PONY does really is an art. The beauty vlogger literally transforms herself into Kylie, all with the help of some serious countouring, an overdrawn pout, and killer eye makeup. Her bone structure even looks different. I'm telling you this girl has skills.
The entire tutorial is mind-blowing and already has 812,383 views. But what really impressed me was how well PONY was able to emulate Kylie's pout. Those lips look so full and defined, you'd think she had fillers on. All she really did was overdraw her lips using a lip liner-–it's amazing!
