You'd never think Orange Is The New Black actress Jackie Cruz struggles with weight loss. While she does maintain a slim figure, Cruz sometimes needs a little extra help just like the rest of us. And these days she's doing a little more than eating well and working out. She recently shared a video on Instagram revealing how she's removing stubborn body fat. It's pretty fascinating.

So how does SculpSure work? According to the site it "uses light-based technology to permanently destroy up to 24 percent of treated fat in problem areas such as the abdomen and love handles." The results are supposed to leave your body appearing slimmer and more sculpted.
I'm not sure how affective this procedure actually is, but it's nice to know that it's not by any means invasive. It's probably a lot cheaper than surgery too. I'm looking forward to seeing Cruz's final results.
