Only the gorgeous Latino celebrities in the 2016 Daytime Emmys red carpet could distract me from the drama that was this year award ceremony. Neither Univision or Telemundo took home an Emmy in the Spanish- language categories (shocking!), but our boys and girls slayed it in the fashion department. Take a look.

Mario López

He not only looked amazing, but also took home the Emmy for his work on Extra.
Ximena Duque

In her first Emmy red carpet, this Colombian beauty slayed. Hopefully next year she'll be nominated. Duque just joined the Days of our Lives cast.
Carlos Calderón

He was nominated with the El Gordo y laFlaca team. They didn't win, but his red carpet look made him a winner in my book.
Sonia Manzano

The Sesame Street icon was looking sharp as she was preparing to receive the Daytime Emmy life achievement award. Congrats!!!
Adrienne Bailon

This fierce Latina was looking hot and super happy to be there with her girls of the talk show The Real.
Juan Espinosa

Known as Carlitos el Productor, Espinosa was representing El Gordo y la Flaca on the red carpet.
'Un Nuevo Día'

Loving the look of Telemundo's Un Nuevo Día team. Check out how gorgeous Rashele Díaz looks in that white gown. Slay!
Alejandra Oraa

The Venezuelan beauty seemed to choose a gold dress that went perfectly with the Emmy she won with her CNN en Español team for Best Morning TV Show in the Spanish-language category.
Rita Moreno

Can she look any better? The 84-year-old Puerto Rican superstar dazzled on the red carpet and went on to give Sonia Manzano her Lifetime Achievement Emmy.
María Alejandra Requena

Also from team CNN en Español, the Venezuelan producer and host was one of the Latinas that owned the red carpet.
Gaby Natale

The 2016 Daytime Emmy Awards Ceremony belonged to this Argentinian TV personality, who not only was perfect on the red carpet, but started the two of the biggest upsets of the night, taking two Emmys from Univision and Telemundo: Outstanding Daytime Talent in a Spanish-Language Program and Outstanding Entertainment Program in Spanish, for her show SuperLatina with Gaby Natale on VMe.
