5 Crazy butt-enhancing trends you should NEVER try

The butt obsession in this country has gotten a tad bit out of control. I'm all for big, beautiful booties, believe me (I have some junk in the trunk myself), but the extreme lengths some girls go to have one is so insane to me. Take that Brazilian model Andressa Urach for instance. The girl almost died from a botched butt injection job. Some chicks even take pills. Can you believe this? But the latest locura is something they're calling "vacuum therapy." And yes, it's just as strange and stupid as it sounds!

Want a bigger butt? No worries, all you need are a few sessions of "vacuum therapy," a.k.a buttocks enhancement, to get the sculpted booty of your dreams. This new procedure is apparently big business at Miami-based salon Sculpting Goddess and claims to make your butt not just bigger but tighter and all for just 60 bucks!

So how does it work exactly? Apparently the suction cups work to inflate your butt and mobilize the fat (what does that even mean?). Then after 45 minutes of treating each cheek, the gluteus looks plumper and more pronounced. Supposedly all it takes it four to six sessions to receive permanent results … but I'm not buying any of this.

Sure, it's non-invasive and relatively safe, but it's also kind of silly and doesn't look like it actually works. I peeped some of the before and after pictures Sculpting Goddess posted to their Instagram page and you could probably get better results from doing squats all week long. Anyone else think it's kind of ridiculous to pay $360 to have someone vacuum your butt cheeks with suction cups for results that aren't even noticeable?

But if you think this is nuts, you have to check out the kinds of crazy things women do just for a bigger butt–I wish I could say butt sucktioning was the only unbelievable butt trend out there. Here are five extreme booty-enhancing trends no chica should try!

Vacuum Therapy: I don't know about you, but I definitely don't think this is worth $360!

Butt pads: I mean, it's probably the safest way to boost your booty but wouldn't you feel kind of silly wearing a padded panty? I know I would!

Butt pills: Yes, there's butt enhancement pils out there and there's real women out there falling for them.

Butt injections: I can't tell you how many women out there have either died or suffered from a botched job due to butt injections. It's crazy dangerous and so NOT worth the money or the pain! Look what happened to Miss Bum Bum runner up Andressa Urach. The fluid from the injections traveled down her thighs and she almost had her left leg amputated!

Butt implants: Butt implants wind up botched more often then injections. In fact, one woman named Renee Talley recorded a video of her flip-able implants that went viral and it was the nastiest thing I've ever seen.
