Ricky Martin is hands down one of the most beautiful men on this planet. Trust me–I've seen the guy in person! So I can't blame Fran Mariano for wanting to look like him. But the number of plastic surgeries he's undergone to reach those results is kind of creepy. The man has had more than half a dozen procedures on his face alone. Tell me this isn't crazy!

Fran Mariano was actually on Cuestión de Peso, an Argentinean reality show that features a group of overweight people trying to lose weight. These days he spends most of his time trying to look just like his idol and it's starting to get a little out of hand.
"I operated my nose for the fourth time, I had liposuction on my cheeks and with that same fat had lipo-transference in the cheekbones," he told Argentinian newspaper, Diaro Show. "Then I took off the nasolabial folds from my face and they were filled with methacrylate as well as in the forehead. Also, I got a touch-up on the chin for the third time, for poor scarring."
Holy crap that's a lot of surgery! I'm not going to lie though, he does sort of look like Ricky. They have a similar nose, similar lips, chin, eyes and even eyebrows. The resemblance is scary actually. But Fran's obsession with looking like Ricky Martin isn't just superficial. He's been trying to look his best physically because he hasn't had a lot of luck in the love department. ¡Pobrecito!
"The reality is that every time I submit myself for surgery, I deposit many hopes and a lot of pain as well, for all the time that I felt different. However, no surgery fills the void I have," Mariano said. "In fact, I have spent all day crying, I think that I seek perfection in me, but I cannot find someone to love me." That has to be rough. Well first thing first, Fran needs to learn to love himself before he expects to receive that love from someone else. It's like my abuela says, "No one can love you more than yourself!"
