I'm sure we can all agree that you'd have to do something pretty outrageous to outshine Kim Kardashian these days, amiright? Well, leave it to Rihanna to do just that. The Barbadian singer and noted bad gal rocked her most jaw-dropping look of the year at her first annual Diamond Ball. RiRi, who threw the ball in honor of her grandparents and her charitable organization called the Clara Lionel Foundation, looked so good, she had everyone in the vicinity wonder, "Kim who?"

It's hard to tell what Rihanna's best known for: Her music or her risqué fashion. I mean, I've seen more of her cuerpo than her body of work in 2014. I guess that's why I was absolutely shocked (shocked, I tell you) to see the gorgeous crooner rocked a floor-length rose-colored satin gown to last night's Ball. She. Looked. Amazing! Mon dieu!
Rihanna honestly cannot do any wrong when it comes to fashion. Whether she's covered up or stripped down to nothing but a pair of tights and a corset, the woman looks incredible. That said, I think Rihanna looks especially hot when she leaves a little something to the imagination. Take last night's gown, for instance.
At first glance, it would appear the Zac Posen gown is too long and too covered up for the notorious exhibitionist's taste, but look again and you'll realize the gown actually fits her personal style (and bod) to the T. First of all, though the gown is long, it's still rather revealing. The off-the-shoulder neckline, paired with its curve hugging mermaid-style fit makes Rihanna look like a straight up Siren! And don't even get me started on the back of her glorious dress. It's absolutely everything.
Also in attendance at the ball was Kim Kardashian. The reality star wore a low-cut black laser cut dress that showed off her ample cleavage and legs. It was hardly noteworthy, save for the black trench coat she paired the revealing dress with. It was as if she, like Rihanna, was trying on the "more is more" look. It didn't work. Kim just looked cold. Meanwhile, Rihanna looked completely comfortable and radiant.
I'm don't generally care how much skin women show in public. The way I see it, women should wear whatever they feel comfiest in. That said, it's obvious to me that no matter what she wears, be it long or short or nothing at all, Rihanna is most comfortable in her skin. That comes across in every outfit, pic, and selfie she shares with the world.
