You don't have to be a genius to know that you just don't attend someone else's wedding wearing white. Call me old-fashioned, but it's a huge no-no in my book. I don't care how laid back or cool the bride might be, showing up in a white dress isn't just rude but it totally makes you look like an attention-seeking, a-hole. And sorry but that's exactly how Chiquinquira Delgado came off at that San Miguel de Allende, Mexican wedding she attended a few days ago. Not only was the dress white but it was CRAZY short! Really, she couldn't have chosen another dress?

It's basic wedding dress code etiquette to NOT wear white at someone else's wedding, unless you're okay with looking like a complete jerk, of course. And I wish I could say that's the only place Chiquinquira went wrong but it's not. The woman looked like she was coming straight from a nightclub to the wedding. The dress was super short and had a really awkward shape going on too. It sort of looked like it was made out of white, cloth bibs. Tell me that thing didn't have "look at me" all over it!
I don't understand how Chiqui thought this look was appropriate. It was shady and straight up tacky. She really couldn't have bought something in another color? There are just certain things you don't show up in at someone else's wedding and a short and tight white dress is one of them. Here are 10 other inappropriate outfits you should NEVER ever wear to a wedding!

White gown

Show up in a white gown to someone else's wedding and expect nasty looks and side eyes.
Super short dress

If your dress is short and tight enough for you to rock at a nightclub, then chances are you shouldn't be wearing it to a wedding.
Anything backless

This is not the time or the place to be showing this much skin. I don't care how hot the single groomsman are.
Deep plunge

Leave the girls at home for this one, would you?
Jeans

Now this is just offensive!
White crop top and matching pencil skirt

Stay away from anything white–PLEASE!
Skin-tight dress

If you can't breathe in it, then you shouldn't be wearing it.
Cut-out dress

There are very few places you can get away with wearing a dress with cutouts and a wedding isn't one of them!
Super sheer

If I can see your nipples, areola or belly button through your dress, then it's WAY too sheer.
Short dress

A short, tight, open-back white dress is just asking for trouble.
