While everyone is still criticizing Calvin Klein for hiring a plus-size model that is a size 10, Eiza Gonzalez can't get enough of her Calvins. The Mexican actress posted a provocative photo of herself lying on the couch with her Calvin Klein underwear on. The black and white photo looks like a straight-up CK ad. Is she trying to tell us something?

The fashion icon was under heat for featuring a normal-sized woman as plus sized for the "Perfectly Fit" underwear line. While everyone seems to be talking about how the brand promotes unhealthy body image, here Eiza goes posting this kind of photo. I feel like she's trying to say, "Look at me! I can be your next plus-sized model!"
She does have a chance at becoming a Latina Calvin Klein model. I mean, why not? She's gorgeous and fits the type. Besides, Eva Mendes and Zoe Saldana were once CK girls too. I wouldn't be opposed to more Latinas being on ads and billboards for a major brand. My issue is with her ignorance.
Showing her CK underwear and using the hashtag My Calvins, shows me that she doesn't give a crap about what real women are thinking. She's too busy stretching her size 0 body on the couch and pretending it's a natural shot. I know she gets criticized a lot for all of the plastic surgery she has gotten, but this isn't even about that.
I totally think she's trying to make a statement about supporting the designer through this mess. To me, she is trying to gain something from it. Calvin Klein's people released a statement claiming that they stand by diverse body shapes and I strongly disagree. A size 10 is just not plus-size. Those unhealthy standards of beauty are probably what caused Eiza to drop so much weight and get work done in the first place–all for the love of those Calvins.
