I never thought I'd see the day when Beyonce would look less than perfect. The girl is gorgeous! She's practically capable of rocking any kind of hairstyle too. We've seen her in pixie cuts, bobs, long hair, short hair, straight hair, curly hair and it always works! But unfortunately, I can't say Bey has been working her latest do'. She showed off her new cropped, blunt bangs while out in Paris with Jay-Z and Blue Ivy and I have to say–it looked kind of crazy! Her bangs are SO short it looks like her daughter cut them for her!

Beyonce was spotted catching a train out of the Gare Du Nord Station in Paris on Tuesday with her family. She was dressed in burgundy from head-to-toe but my eyes were mainly on her hair. I don't want to be mean or anything but really–what was she thinking? Those bangs look awful! Not only are they super short but they look poorly cut too. It sort of reminds me of that time I tried cutting my own bangs when I was like 6-years-old. But I think Beyonce's looks worse!
Her bangs are a hot mess, there's no question about it. But it's a good thing she never sticks with the same look for more than a few days. Remember when she had a pixie cut? In like 2 days she was already sporting longer hair. I'm pretty sure her bangs are fake because the girl loves experimenting with wigs and extensions. I give it less than a week before she's back to her normal-looking strands. But we normal people don't have time or money to be switching up our looks so often. We have to consider a few things before we decide to take the bangs plunge. Here are 5 things you need to know before you get bangs!
They're high-maintenance: Doesn't matter if your hair is curly, wavy or straight, bangs still require tons of maintenance. There's no way around it chica. You still have to style them, make sure they look good and you have to keep them trimmed. So if you're a wash-and-go kind of mujer, then a fresh fringe might not work for you.
They will grow fast but they won't grow out fast: This sounds a little conflicting, but bangs will help you realize how fast your hair grows because a half an inch every month means a trim every month. With that said, growing them out won't happen overnight. This is why you have to be totally sure you want them before you go for the cut.
Your hair texture could be a problem: I'm not exactly the best candidate for bangs. I have curly, frizz-prone hair that poufs even when I wear it straight (if it's humid out anyway). The last time I had bangs I wanted to rip my hair out. They didn't look right when I wore my hair curly and frizzed when I wore it straight. Try to consider your hair texture and the work it's going to take to keep them looking their best. It might not be worth the hassle.
You might not look good with bangs: Okay so you're loving the way Jessica Alba looks with bangs, but that doesn't mean it's going to look flattering on you. Bangs have to go with your face shape and with your texture, otherwise it may not be such a good choice.
Not all bangs are the same: Okay, so let's say you really REALLY want to have bangs, regardless of your face shape or hair texture. In this case, I'd suggest you explore your options. Not all bangs are the same. There are bangs that work for thick hair and others that look better on finer strands. If all else fails, settle for side-sweeping ones. Side bangs work on most faces, they require less maintenance and they grow out faster.
