1. Beauty-ready bedroom! This is your beauty office so you have to make sure you have the right tools. A good mattress, dark blinds or curtains and good pillows. If you don't get enough sleep because you aren't comfortable, you have to make the necessary changes so you can wake up looking and feeling rejuvenated.

2. Silk or satin pillowcases: These fabrics are gentle with your skin so you won't wake up with lines on your face. They also smooth your wrinkles because silk alleviates the pressure between your face and the pillow.

3. Don't wear an eye mask! The mask creates wrinkles because it's often too tight and stretches the skin. It also suffocates the skin cells. The goal is to wake up wrinkle-free and this mask will give you lines.

4. On your back only: In order to avoid wrinkles you need to sleep on your back and give your complexion room to breathe and rejuvenate. Nothing against the face means, no lines! If you usually wake up with puffy eyes try sleeping with your head raised on two pillows.

5. Humidifier: Moisture and hydration are skin's best friends. Your best bet other than drinking water is to use a humidifier. Sleep with it on all night long and you'll see the difference on your face. That is, unless you live in a humid state such as Florida, in which case you won't need that!

6. Moisturize: In order to wake up with younger-looking skin you have to make sure to apply a night cream with hyaluronic acid. This acid retains water and hydrates the skin. Never ever skip a single night of this.

7. Hair up! Sleeping with your hair up will prevent you from waking up with lines on your face, especially if you have long locks.
