The American Idol auditions took place yesterday at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. And in case you missed it, Jennifer covered her amazing curves in this strange, Valentino dress that did her body no justice. Girl, it was a mess!
I don't know what in the world J.Lo was thinking when she wore that crazy black-and-white number, but it certainly didn't look good. First, it was a little out of the norm to see her sporting a dress that didn't show off her shape. Don't you think? J.Lo almost always sticks to figure-flattering pieces. I'm not saying she has to go all Kim Kardashian on us and only wear things that bring out her big butt, but at least choose a piece that suits your body type. That dress was so awkward! And did you see how short that hem was? Ay, ¡Dios mío!
The dress didn't compliment her bod, reflect her style or anything else for that matter. When your dress looks like something your 6-year-old daughter should be wearing, you might want to reconsider. But come to think of it, I can't see anyone looking good in this outfit. Can you? Like not even little Emme can pull off this look. I'll give Jennifer two points for flawless hair and makeup–but that's it! Hopefully she won't disappoint us with the rest of her outfits this season!
