Can someone please explain that crazy mini dress Kim Kardashian wore last night to the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards? Seriously, what was that? The reality TV star showed up in a Balmian Resort number that looked more like a tribal-printed poncho than an actual dress. In fact, one fan called it an Aztec rug while another said it reminded them of the napkins you get at the Outback Steakhouse–ha! Yes, it was pretty bad I'm not even going to lie. But did you get to see what __Amber Ros__e was wearing? Now that was epic!

I don't know what was happening at the MTV VMAs last night, but everyone was looking crazy. Katy Perry's head-to-toe denim dress might have been an ode to Britney Spears' 2001 VMA outfit, but it was still terrible. Victoria Justice's mullet-hemline skirt was just weird and don't even get me started on those funky outfits Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj and Jessie J wore during their "Bang Bang" performance. Can we say wardrobe malfunction? But still, nothing topped Kim and Amber's hideous dresses.
For starters, the neckline on Kim's printed dress was just awkward and the girl didn't even look comfortable. Amber Rose on the other hand, confidently walked down the red carpet showing off a skin-baring dress that literally showed everything from her boobs, butt, belly, back and legs. Wow! That Laura DeWitt number was made entirely of chains and hardly covered a thing.
Sure, Amber has an amazing figure especially for someone who gave birth only a year ago. But this silvery chain dress was just trashy. The only thing covering her nipples and vagina were those beaded chains. I get that she wanted to show off her body, but couldn't she opt for something slightly less revealing like that cut-out dress J.Lo wore?
Kim and Amber were hands down the worst dressed of the night. Kim's dress was bizarre and Amber looked more naked than Rhianna did at the 2014 CFDA Fashion Awards in June. But if I had to choose who looked worse, I'd go with Amber. At least Kim was more covered up–this time anyway!
