Rich DIY avocado face mask perfect to prep your skin for fall

We still have a few more weeks left of summer, but my skin is already craving a fall beauty regimen. All it takes is a slight decrease in temperature for my face to start drying up. But nothing does the trick quite like a gold ol' homemade facial mask!

I'm not going to lie, I'm pretty obsessed with DIY beauty remedies. I do them all the time. Some days I'll apply coconut oil on my hair from root to ends and on others I'll scrub my body with an at-home brown sugar polish. But one of my favorites is this avocado facial mask I've been doing for years. Not only does it keep my skin super soft but it also leaves me with a gorgeous glow.

That's because the monounsaturated facts found in avocado help keep skin moist and healthy-looking. It's all packed with natural antixodiants that protect your skin from free radicals that could cause fine lines and wrinkles. Did I mention avocado also treats summer sunburns? I'm telling you this stuff is great for rehabing your skin for fall. I'm SO obsessed!
