Want to hear something crazy? A Tennessee bride has been receiving loads of criticism for having her newborn baby attached to the train of her wedding dress and dragging her along as she walked down the aisle.
This chick LITERALLY treated her daughter like a fashion accessory. Who does this? Someone who's missing a few screws that's who. Wait until you see the picture of this madness!

After all the backlash, Shona Carter-Brooks of Jacksonville, Tennessee has decided to stick to her guns, claiming that there was absolutely nothing wrong with her decision. In a Facebook post she assured the public that her 1-month-old baby, Aubrey, was "awake and well-secured" and that she was "covered by Christ."
What a loca!
Angry commenters believe that this woman should be reported to child protection services and I don't really blame them. What kind of mom would even consider doing something like this? Seriously, does she have any idea how delicate a 1-month-old newborn baby is? How do you have a child that fragile attached to the train of your gown and dragging against the floor? Critics called the crazy decision everything from "classless" to "incredibly dangerous." I say it was definitely dangerous and incredibly stupid. But Carter-Brooks doesn't seem to want to hear it.
Here's what she wrote on Facebook in regards to the controversy: "Our 1 month old was awake and well secured on my train. Most important while yall got ya feelings in us we had our hearts in Christ which covers all!! So keep ya mouths running for it was just that Exclusive and Epic enough we made top blog way from small town Ripley, TN and the social media doing what they do, TALK!!!!"
Carter-Brooks' response was no doubt a ridiculous one and it's insane to me that this woman doesn't see how she put her baby in potential harm. Oh and it gets worse. The White by Vera Wang dress that Carter-Brooks purchased at David's Bridal was specifically altered so that the baby could be attached to the train. I'd love to know what kind of seamstress would actually make those kinds of alterations and I'm never going to understand how anyone thought this was a clever idea. The picture alone makes me want to call child services on this bride–like ASAP! Poor baby!
