Eva Longoriacertainly turned a few heads at the Cannes Film Festival on Monday. The actress and TV producer showed up in deep-plunge dress that showed so much cleavage it reminded me of J.Lo's infamous Versace number. And don't be fooled by that turtleneck either, the plunge still bared a lot and went all the way down to her waist to be exact. Did I mention that the dress looked sort of big on her too? You have to see this crazyiness!

It's obvious Eva wanted to attract some major attention with this Vionnet powder viscose jersey crepe asymmetrical turtleneck dress thing. Geez, I don't even know how I squeezed all that into one sentence. Imagine wearing that all in ONE dress? It just didn't make any sense to me. I think the only think I liked was the color. First of all, the dress was way too long for this petite woman. She couldn't have had it taken in at the hem? Secondly that asymmetrical plunge was just awkward and let's talk about that weird bundle where the plunge ends. What is that?
I'm all for experimenting with up-and-coming trends, but I highly doubt anyone is going to be hitting up a party in a weird looking frock like this. Plus, what's the point of wearing a "sexy" dress if it's not going to flatter your figure. The cleavage wasn't quite as sexy as it should have been and the dress itself looked way too big on Eva. She looked like she was drowning in it.
Like I get the look she was trying to go for here. Clearly she wanted to rock something scandalous but that was still classy. I guess she figured the long-sleeves, long skirt length and high-neckline would help balance out the front slit but it didn't. It just resulted in one big ol' mess. I will admit one thing though, that color went perfectly with Eva's naturally bronzed skin. That's pretty much the only thing I liked about this dress!
