To get volume

Sae yourself time in the morning by creating volume overnight. Just apply some lightweight styling products to wet hair, let air dry and then braid your locks while they're still damp. All you'll have to do the next morning is add a little hair spray to your waves! If you want subtle waves, make the braids really loose or just pin your hair up in sections.
To repair dry, damaged hair

If you want to make your hair silky smooth overnight, I have two words: argan oil! Apply an argan oil-based product to your dry or wet strands and then wrap your hair in a silk scarf or bandana. It'll nourish your hair and make it less tangled.
To get waves and avoid frizz

Putting your hair in a loose topknot over night will give you the look of a blowout without any heating tools.
To avoid tangled hair

Do you normally sleep with your hair down? The sooner you kick that habit, the better. All that tossing and turning causes knots, tangles, and an all-around mess. Avoid the hassle by sleeping with your hair contained.
To beat frizz and flyaways

Applying a small amount of leave-in conditioner evenly through damp hair, especially on the ends, and putting it up before bed can help keep your hair shiny and frizz-free.
To cut heat styling time

Tired of waking up an hour early to blow dry and style your hair with tools? Try using a wide tooth comb. It'll help detangle your tresses and make them dryer and softer, which means you won't have to spend as much time blow drying.
