In fact, she recently tweeted out a picture of her latest 'do and it looks like she shaved off part of her hot pink hair. I'm digging her new look. It's a very different look for Demi, but the "Neon Lights" star is working it. I'm actually looking forward to seeing all the cool hairstyles she'll be creating with her new hair. What I love the most is Demi's carefree attitude about the whole thing. If I even thought about shaving half my head I'd have an instant panic attack. Demi on the other hand, could care less. She actually captioned the picture "IDGAF # NEONLIGHTSTOUR." And in case you didn't know, IDGAF stands for "I don't give a f—."
