Get a supportive bra: This might seem obvious to some, but getting the right bra can make all the difference. A bra that provides good support doesn't just make your breast look bigger and perkier, but it also helps prevent sagging.
Maintain a healthy weight: Drastic weight gain or weight loss can cause your breasts to sag. Try to maintain a healthy weight by keeping a balanced diet and exercising on the regular. Weight fluctuations can cause the skin on your breast to stretch, making them appear sagging and even empty looking. Not cute!
