5 Ways to fake fuller lips

Everyone has that one feature they wish they could change about themselves. For many women I know it's their nose, their breast, and even their butts. But my issue has always been with my lips. Before I even knew who Angelina Jolie was I had a fascination with full lips. I think it might have to do with the fact that I have a gorgeous tía with a beautiful tan complexion, small nose, and full lips. And let me tell you, every lipstick color looks great on her lips!

And since I've always loved lipstick, I've always been in love with the idea of having full lips. It's not that I have super thin lips either, they just aren't as plump and juicy as I'd like them to be. But because I'm not the type to EVER consider fillers I've figured out how to make this pout look fuller–no plastic surgery necessary!

If you weren't born with naturally full lips, don't sweat it, girl! All you need are a few makeup products along with some tricks to help you achieve that plump pout. Check it out!

Grab a concealer stick: Use a concealer stick to help conceal your natural lip line. Try CoverGirl TruBlend Fix Stick Concealer ($8).

Line your lips: Now take a lip liner in whatever color you'd like and trace the outline of your lips. But make sure you're applying the liner slightly above your natural lip line so they look fuller.

Fill them in: Using a lip brush, fill in your lips with a lipstick in a similar color to your liner. I recommend a formula that's going to help plump your pout, like Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick ($22).

Swipe up some gloss: Attracting light to the fullest part of your lip, will make them appear instantly bigger. Apply a clear or light gloss over your lipstick that will help boost shine and volume. I like Buxon Full Bodied Lip Gloss in Yoo-Hoo ($19).
