I hate walking around with dirty hair. It makes me feel unkept and, well, dirty But sometimes there just isn't enough time in the morning to wash your strands. Luckily, when it comes to holding a hairstyle, dirty pelo can do wonders. Believe me, unwashed hair is able to hold a style much better and WAY longer than squeaky clean locks. It definitely works for me everytime. So don't worry about waking up on time to wash your hair (knowing you have that after-work holiday cocktail event). A little grease can go a long way!

Dirty hair can hold a curl way longer than clean hair. Apply a dry shampoo to roots to help absorb oil and boost volume. Then wrap one inch sections around a curling wand, like Sultra The Bombshell ($130).

A loose, messy braid is a perfect way to hide unwashed hair. It also holds better too. Spray a texturizing product, like Oribe Dry Texturizing Spray ($39) to help create thickness and texture.
