People magazine has just named its top 10 best dressed stars of 2013! And while Scandal star Kerry Washington took the number one spot, I was also thrilled to see two of my favorite Latina fashionistas, Nicole Richie and Zoe Saldana, make the cut for their amazing sense of style.

Both stars were honored in the top five of the list. Richie came in at number 3 and was named "The Trendsetter" for her "eclectic, experimental style." Personally, I think she has definitely earned that title! I can't think of anyone who has perfected that easy, bohemian chic look better than Richie.
Meanwhile, Saldana, who was proclaimed "The Jean Queen," followed right after her in the fourth sport, garnering praise for her ability to rock "jeans of all shapes and sizes." Which I also think is right on target! Have you ever seen paparazzi photos of Saldana just going about her day? She has that cool and casual vibe down to a science. In fact, sometimes I think she actually looks even greater in her ordinary clothes than she does while all dressed up on the red carpet.
Richie and Saldana were joined by other stylish stars, including young fashionistas Jennifer Lawrence, who nabbed the second spot on the list, and Emma Stone, who rounded out the top five. Kate Bosworth, Jessica Chastain, Solange Knowles, Lily Collins, and Jenna Dewan-Tatum also got shout-outs for both their formal and everyday looks.
But while it wasn't exactly shocking to see Richie and Saldana among the best dressed crowd (after all, like I said, they always look good), I have to admit I was a little surprised to see that more Latina stars weren't chosen as well. I mean, where was the ever-trendy Jessica Alba? And what about Penélope Cruz, who managed to look as gorgeous as ever even while carrying her second child? I would've definitely included them as well!
