Oh sure, there are fabulous stilletto-wearing moms that wouldn't be caught dead in anything other than heels. Let me make this abundantly clear: I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE MOTHERS! Ahh, hell no. I love shoes, but I value comfort and I'm sorry, but my children and heels do not mix. At least not at the moment.
Does that mean that I sacrifice style? Absolutely not! I rock cute shoes every single day. Shoes that I can attest to walking a mile in because I walk a lot every day and I'm not just talking about up and down my hallway, I'm talking about up and down the hills of San Francisco, California. Shoes that I can chase after my kids in. Shoes that are friggin' adorable and comfortable.

So I swear every Dansko shoe was designed for moms or restaurant cooks because they are very comfotable. I like these because they look great with dresses and even with almost 4 inches of heel, they are totally easy to chase kids in. Clogs Central, $145
Crocs
Yes, Crocs! I know there are some who say that Crocs only look good on the 6 and under crowd. I disagree. I just bought this pair of Kadee Leopard flats and plan to wear then with black or dark wash jeans. Crocs, $35
Tretorn Rubber Boots
You may think you don't need rubber boots, but I ask you to think again. These are great for rain, fog, muck, or dewy mornings. They slide easily over jeans or can be worn with a skirt of dress. I love mine and wear them all the time! Tretorn, $85
