It's certainl a drastic change for the singer, who normally has loads of long extensions in her hair, but I'm all for embracing our natural beauty. Good for you Beyonce! Beyonce's sudden makeover comes only days after she finished part of her Mrs. Carter tour at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Hair stylist, Neal Farinha was the mastermind behind the shears that left Beyonce with the glam look. Her colorist Rita Hazan told USA Today, "Her hair was long and went down her back. She'd been thinking about it for a while and she wanted to go for it and cut it. It was a moment that she had."
The singer's glam do is "Old Hollywood meets Modern Day" as described by Hazan, who also updated Bey's champagne blonde hair color to match the cut. Jay-Z's main squeeze is just full of surprises! I mean, she spontaneously rode a bike from her Tribeca apartment all the way to the Barclays Center for her last tour show this week.
This is a serious change for the singer who normally rocks loads of long extensions in her hair, but it looks like she's embracing her natural beauty. I'm glad Beyonce took the plunge because it inspires girls like me who are afraid to do anything drastic with their hair. We should all give change a chance.
