Although I love the summer, one of the things I hate most during this time of year is how the humidity can ruin any hairstyle. However, I wasn't going to let the weather gods defeat my ability to wear my hair how I please, so I did a little research. If you're familiar with CC and BB creams for the face, then you'll be glad to know they exist for the hair too!
I decided to try a BB cream and a CC hair cream to see which one defied a bad hair day best. The products I tested were Caviar CC Cream 10-in-1 Complete Correction ($25) and Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 BB Crème ($6). So which one managed to keep my hair in check even on the rainiest and humid days? Read on to find out!

The Caviar CC Cream 10-in-1 Complete Correction smelled great and went on easily. After washing my hair and towel drying, I applied the leave-in cream. I let my hair air dry and found it to be a lot more manageable than I expected. I prefer beauty products that save me time. In the end I loved how soft and fresh smelling this product left my hair, but I wish it had been a little cheaper.
The next day I tried Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 BB Crème and I was impressed! After my morning workout, I washed my hair following the same steps and rubbed some of the leave-in Pantene cream. I immediately loved the texture and how it smelled on my hair. I styled it as I normally would and the end result was much better than I expected. My hair was smooth, frizz-free, super soft which is important to me. Seriously, it's rainy and muggy outside and my hair is still in place!
In the end, I chose the Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 BB Crème. Not only was it budget-friendly but it got the job done much like the more expensive product. If you want a perfect coif even with unpredictable summer weather, make sure you pick this product up the next time you visit your local drugstore!
