How to find the right sunglasses for your face shape

Sunglasses shopping could seriously be the most irritating thing sometimes. I either find pairs that fit me too big, too small, or just don't flatter me at all. I can't tell you how many times I've bought sunglasses I swore looked AH-MAZING, just for my friends to tell me later that they don't flatter my face.

The point of sunglasses is obviously to protect your eyes from the sun, but also to look chic. But believe it or not, getting the right pair isn't as hard as it may seem. It's all about figuring out what works best for your face shape. Check out a few of my tips below!

Heart-shaped face

If you have a heart shaped face you want to look for a style that’s going to draw the attention downward and away from your wide forehead and cheekbones. Try a pair of cat-eyed shaped glasses. I love the animal print on these.

Long faces tend to have narrow cheeks and chins so you want to try to play up your features with an oversize or wrap style pair of sunglasses.
