When it comes to foundation I expect a lot. I look for formulas that are going to hide blemishes, provide coverage, and leave me with an incredibly flawless complexion. Because let's face it, ladies, no matter how much mascara you pile you're not going to look instantly gorgeous with blah skin. And don't worry, a good one doesn't have to cost you a ton.
