10 under $10: The best affordable eyeliners ever

If there's one thing I can't live without, it's got to be eyeliner! It's amazing how all I need to do is line my eyes a little bit to look instantly awake and perfectly pulled together.

Unfortunately, not all eyeliners get the job done. For years I've dropped $25 or $30 on eyeliners because I couldn't find an affordable one that met my standards. I often found myself in the middle of the day with cheap liner running down my face or smudged and smeared. It was only recently that I decided to give drugstore eyeliners another chance, and I have to admit you can definitely get a great eyeliner without breaking the bank! In fact you can find an amazing one that would cost you well under $10. So to save you some time (and a whole lot of patience) I took the liberty of testing out a number of affordable liners to give you the top 10 liners under $10 you have to try. Check them out!
