It's official, ladies: __Justin Timberlak__e is off the market. Okay, technically it's been official since last Friday when Timberlake married longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel in Italy, but today, we have photographic evidence. People just released their cover featuring the first snapshot of the happy couple on their big day and the picture has everyone buzzing–not just because the two look adorably blissful (which they do), but because Biel chose to wear a pink gown instead of a typical white wedding dress!
And though I'm sure some people will say she should've stuck with tradition, I have to admit that I absolutely LOVE her bold choice and would totally do something similar at my own wedding!
As I've previously explained, I am not the type of girl that dreams about having a huge, traditional wedding. In fact, that's pretty much the opposite about what I would want for my own wedding (which I always picture being really small and intimate and preferably somewhere outdoors–as unconventional as it gets for my family). That's also part of the reason why I've never understood why some brides feel so much pressure to follow certain "rules" when it comes to tying the knot. My state of mind when it comes to weddings is it's YOUR big day, so why not just throw caution to the wind and do what you want?

…Which brings me to Biel. I personally think it's awesome that she bucked tradition and decided to go with a custom, petal pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture gown. Why? Well, first of all, she looks beautiful! The rosy shade is so flattering on her and really glows against her skin tone, making her the epitome of a perfect bride.
But aside from that, I also love that her dress is so unique and one-of-a-kind. Sometimes, it seems like brides are so caught in making their wedding picture-perfect that they forget to make it personal…and Biel's pink dress is just the kind of detail that truly helps sets her wedding apart. It shows that instead of worrying about what everyone would think and letting her place in the public eye affect her decisions, she stuck to her own ideas about what she wanted on her big day. You gotta admire her for that!
Besides, Justin certainly looks happy with his bride….just look at that photo!
