If there's one thing I respect about Eva Longoria it's that she never lets a man get her down! The Desperate Housewives star always looks fab no matter what, and no divorce, breakup or silly old tattoo (which she has wisely opted to remove) is going to get in her way!

I do have to admit though, I was a little bummed to hear about her recent split from New York Jets quarterback hottie, Mark Sanchez. Even though I was TOTALLY jealous of her for having snagged him, I have to say the two really did make a sweet and attractive couple. According to the Daily News, the breakup was mainly a result of conflicting schedules. Which is completely understandable, but still a little sad at the same time. Longoria is a busy and focused actress and philanthropist, and Sanchez is a young, professional football player, still in his prime.
But some people still seem to think it had more to do with their twelve-year age gap, Sanchez being 25 and Longoria 37. Whatever the reason, Longoria like always, ended things in a pretty fashionable manner__. I wouldn't be surprised if the two remain really good friends.__ Not to side track, but can you even physically tell Longoria is older? I mean honestly, the girl could totally pass for 25! Right? Between her amazing skin and slim, slender figure, who can see the difference?
As we all know, while with her ex, Tony Parker, Longoria got three tattoos and is currently in the process of having them removed. She was recently spotted with a red blotch on the back of her neck, where the Tony Parker-inspired "NINE" tattoo used to be located. Good thing she didn't decide to get Sanchez's jersey number inked on her body. Could you imagine?
I'm expecting to see a full fringe of lashes, perfectly groomed hair, a flawless complexion, and some KILLER sky-high heels the next time our girl Longoria is out and about. Hey, I know, breakups suck, but when it comes to this independent woman, the show MUST (and will!) go on! You go chica!
