With her new action flick, Premium Rush recently hitting theaters, Dania Ramirez couldn't have any more reason to be hitting the red-carpet in complete style! The Dominican actress was head-to-toe gorgeous at the 2012 ALMA Awards this Sunday (which will be airing this Friday evening) wearing a stunning emerald gown and pretty dangling earrings. But my favorite part of the look was definitely her sophisticated low bun, which is a lot easier to do than you think! Check out a few of my tips below to get the star's elegnant 'do!

Step 1: Start off by applying a smoothing cream like Redken Smooth Lock Stay Sleek leave-in cream through damp hair. Then blow dry straight using either a round boar bristle brush or paddle brush, depending on your texture.
Step 2: Once hair is blown out, use the tail of a rattail comb and create a sharp center part.
Step 3: Pull your hair back (letting it cover your ears) into a low ponytail. Make sure to leave a few strands of hair out in the front for a softer look.
Step 4: Slip ponytail through a bun shaper like H&M Hairstyling Ring and pin around the base of your pony. Then wrap hair around the bun shaper, making sure it's completely covered, and secure with bobby pins.
Step 5: Hold the look with a strong, flexible hairspray.
