The ponytail is back in season and I've officially become a major fan. From low to high, this style is far from boring! The best part about this classic look is that it's hands down the easiest to wear and requires very little prep time. Check out some of my favorites and get inspired!

Which ponytail are you thinking of trying?
The Low Pony

A soft, low ponytail is timeless and sophisticated. Part the hair in the middle and lightly tease the crown of the hair. Secure locks at the nape of the neck with an elastic band
The Pompadour

Second day hair is best to put together this style. Done right, this ponytail is sleek and can take you from work to wedding to even a fun night out! First divide hair into four sections and curl each section with a 1 or ½ inch curling iron. Let hair cool for a few seconds and then brush out curls until strands are smooth. Then pull tresses back into a ponytail, leaving a small front section of hair out. Take a comb and spray and tease the front section and pull hair back into a pompadaour. Neatly tuck the ends into the base of the pony, secure with small bobby pins. To give the ponytail a little bit of texture, spray it with hairspray, tease with comb and separate and curl. Finish by taking a small amount of a light hair gel and apply it to the sides.
Teased Ponytail

To achieve this runway-style ponytail, start by parting hair straight across the middle. Take a little bit of a shine serum, rub it in your palms and apply to roots to leave the top smooth and sleek. Then brush hair down to nape of the neck and then secure with an elastic band. Spritz some spray on the ponytail and then take a comb or a teasing brush and tease the entire ponytail.
Sky High Pony

A long, high ponytail works great for any occasion. To replicate this style start by applying a shine serum to damp hair and blow dry straight. Then pull hair up into a tight, high ponytail and secure with an elastic band. Use soft bristle brush to smooth edges and add a little bit of serum on the front to tame flyaways. Finish up the look by taking a strand of hair from underneath the ponytail and wrap it around the elastic, secure with bobby pins.
Blinged out ponytail

Glamorize your ponytail with a fun hair accessory. A pretty crystal-encrusted ponytail holder like this one instantly dresses up a simple, high ponytail.
Textured side ponytail

I love Selena’s romantic side ‘do. To get this look create curls using a 1 /12 inch curling iron. Then smooth out into waves using a flat brush. Part hair to the side and pull it into a low side ponytail and secure with an elastic band.
