One of my favorite beauty routines is to get my eyebrows done at a super-expensive but incredibly amazing salon in New York City.
When it comes to my eyebrows, for some reason, I'm willing to pay the big bucks to get them just right. I love it when my specialist painstakingly fills them in with a bit of brow pencil, but never in a million years would I put a bright color on my eyebrows!

This crazy trend might be coming to a town near you though! I've seen wild eyebrows on the fashion runways for a few years; there was skin-colored eyebrows and now, bright-colored eyebrows are starting to appear on the runways. Make-up artist Annamarie Tendler even posted aqua brows recently on HelloGiggles.com.
Personally, I think it looks CRAZY. She doesn't necessarily look bad, but I don't get it. Why color in your eyebrows? Plus, this must be a huge pain, since it probably takes an amazing amount of precision. I mean, I can't even master coloring my eyebrows in with just a brown powder! How do they do that with hot pink and purple? I just can't…

Maybe it's just like any other trend: weird at first, but then you get used to it. I don't know for sure yet (I mean, it MIGHT grow on me), but I don't think this is one I'll be trying out any time soon. I'll just stick to my simple eyebrow waxes and mascara, for now.
