This past weekend was Gay Pride Weekend all across the country and it was a massive celebration of equality and love. Many Latino stars, like Ricky Martin, Jackie Cruz and Alejandro Sanz, expressed their support, participating in Pride parades or promoting the message "Love is Love." Check out how our Latino stars celebrated gay pride.

Jackie Cruz is openly bisexual.
Since becoming famous thanks to her character of Marisol "La Flaca" González on Netflix's Orange Is The New Black, the Dominican actress has used her celebrity to advocate for equal rights. Here, Cruz is getting ready to participate in San Francisco's gay pride parade.
Immigrant activist and actress Diane Guerrero was there too.
The Colombian American actress has given a voice to many American children separated from their undocumented parents –via deportation— and this year was part of Netflix's presence in the Gay Pride events.
Her BFFs are two of my favorite characters on TV. As Maritza, she is best friends with "La Flaca" on OITNB, but she also gets to hang out with Gina Rodriguez's Jane from Jane the Virgin, in which she plays Lina. Lucky her!
Ricky Martin has many reasons to be proud and he knows it.
Look at those cuties and read his inspiring caption: "What a perfect way to wake up!!!! So much #pride ! Hab, vi saknar dig. Happy Pride everyone!!! #Pride2017 #gaypride #gaylove #gaylatino # ️ #loveislove."
Miguel Bosé has been open about his sexuality for decades.
The Spanish superstar defies labels and even said in 2005 that if anybody needed to define him they could call him "trisexual". That means that he is open to everything with humans.
The "Amante Bandido" singer posted this photo of Madrid's Plaza Mayor, where thousands of people have congregated for WorldPride Madrid 2017, this year's global LGBTQ Pride festival, which ends on July 2 with what they expect to be the biggest parade in history. The organizers are calculating a crowd of three million people.
Christian Navarro is not gay, but proudly plays one in '13 Reasons Why.'
The Puerto Rican actor is Tony in the Selena Gomez/Netflix series and has started a lot of conversations about being gay, Catholic and Latino. We'll see more of him in the second season of 13 Reasons Why, but in the meantime, here is Christian showing support in San Francisco.
Alejandro Sanz was having one of the biggest weekends of his career.
He was streaming a huge concert to celebrate the 20 years of his most iconic song "Corazón Partío." Huge Latino stars like Juanes, Miguel Bosé, Laura Pausini and even Juan Luis Guerra shared the stage with him in Madrid's largest stadium, Vicente Calderón.
Even with all that going on, Alejandro took the time to post this photo to welcome the people arriving to Madrid's World Gay Pride week.
Sofía Castro is one of the few Mexican stars to acknowledge the holiday.
Her message is impactful, not only because she represents a new generation of Latinas, but because she is the stepdaughter of Mexico's President Enrique Peña Nieto. Her mom, Angélica Rivera, is México's First Lady.

Venezuelan actor Edgar Ramírez and Ricky Martin are the first Latinos to ever play an openly gay couple on American TV. They are the stars of the third season of American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace. So what better photo to celebrate #PrideDay than by posting a pic of themselves in character?
Rodner Figueroa officially came out of the closet after he was fired from Univision.
It was an awful time for him, particularly because the world was calling him a racist and a bigot. However, Rodner took the opportunity to introduce his boyfriend and his Black dad.
Rodner has also become an activist working to help disenfranchised Venezuelan citizens and the young people fighting the dictatorship in the South American country. This weekend he participated in a Venezuelan Pride event in Miami and he also celebrated Gay Pride online with this photo.
Jomari Goyso posted this photo on Instagram with pride.
The Spanish fashionista and Univision presenter was celebrating his weekend in Miami.
