Rosie Rivera goes on Alejandro Chaban’s diet! Here’s how it works

Rosie Rivera, sister of late Mexican star Jenni Rivera is the latest celebrity to join the Yes You Can! Diet Plan by Alejandro Chaban. Inspired by her niece Chiquis Marin–who lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks with Chaban's help–Rosie is already succeeding with the plan. She posted a video on her Instagram account sharing the news that she had lost 8.5 pounds in two weeks. Go, Rosie!

Rosie is so happy with her fast transformation that she shared the video with her followers expressing her excitement with the Yes You Can! Diet Plan. It's really remarkable and she looks great! She also said that she still have 21 more pounds to go in order to reach her goal of 30. At that rate Rosie will reach her goal weight in no time! What's really inspiring about her is that she just had a baby and she is doing the plan with her husband Abel who lost 13 lbs in two weeks. Wow!

We should all get on Chaban's bandwagon because this diet seems to work. What makes this diet unique is that it was designed for a Latino to serve Latinos.
