It looks like Jennifer Lopez is selling the NYC penthouse she bought back in 2013 for $27 million. The luxury boutique condominium is part of The Whitman Mansion, located on East 26th street and features over 6,600 square feet of interior space with 3,000 square feet of outdoor terrace space. According to reports, the sale might have a lot to do with how serious things have become with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez who is also currently looking for a new place. We can't but wonder if they're planning to buy a new home together in NYC.
