While science has advanced a lot, some stories are so amazing, that they seem impossible. Here are 14 cases of babies that survived against all odds and their cases will warm your heart.

In 2015, an innocent baby was found stuffed in a black plastic bag with the umbilical cord and placenta still attached in the Philippines–and it was all caught on video. A woman managed to rescue the baby, who was miraculously still alive.

In September 2015, a North Carolina mother named Shelly Cawley was put to sleep before an emergency C-section was performed. She wasn't waking up so doctors put her newborn son Rylan on her chest. Miraculously, her vital signs spiked when he started crying.

Karla Perez suffered a stroke and was declared brain dead while expecting her unborn baby. She was maintained on life support until her baby was born in May 2015.

In November 2014, Ruby Graupera-Cassimiro's heart stopped for 45 minutes while giving birth. She suffered a rare and potentially deadly complication while giving birth to her daughter via Cesarean section. Doctors tried to revive her for three hours, gave up, but she finally awoke.
This baby was born in his amniotic sac.
Baby Silas was born premature at just 26 weeks in Cedars Sinai Medical Center in California. During his delivery via C-section, doctors uncovered that his amniotic sac didn't burst. The case was extremely rare and potentially dangerous.
Baby Finley was born weighing less than 1 lb.
Back in 2013, baby Finley Devonshire was born at 24 weeks weighing less than one pound. He had a 10 percent chance of surviving. In the end, he received the treatment needed and was in perfectly great health.

In 2014, in Sweden, a 36-year-old woman born without a uterus welcomed a baby boy. Her friend ended up donating her uterus so that the woman's dream of having a family could come true.
Mom gives birth to twins 87 days apart.
In 2013, Maria Jones-Elliot set a Guinness World Record after giving birth to her twin girls 87 days apart. She went into labor four months before her due date and her second daughter didn't arrive until almost 3 months later!
Mom gives birth to 4 babies in 4 minutes!
Grace Slattery gave birth to four babies in four minutes. Most women pray to have a quick delivery, but this one takes the cake!
Woman gives birth after seizure
While six months pregnant, Gemma Jamieson suffered from seizure caused by preeclampsia. She had a C-section to save the life of her baby. When she awoke, her precious miracle was finally here.

In 2013, medics worked to revive Harvey Sutton for half hour. He was suffering from anemia, blood poisoning and brain bleeds, after he was delivered by emergency C-section at 37 weeks. Once his faint heartbeat was detected, he was frozen for three days and the unconventional treatment saved his life.
