By the ocean and steps from the Santa Monica pier, the furnished townhouse rented by Juan Gabriel in this building called Blü, cost $19,999 a month. Among the amenities are cleaning and laundry services, a personal trainer and much more.
It was right on the beach.
The unit has three bedrooms and three baths and occupies four stories.
It's a full chefs kitchen.
I love the modern design of this space. It seems so clean and fresh.
Who knows how many gourmet meals came from this cocina.
The building also offers a meal service, but Juan Gabriel was known for walking the streets of Santa Mónica to buy ingredients for homemade meals.
There's luxury everywhere, even the chandeliers are larger than life.
This looks so upscale and modern. Just love it.

The master bedroom has incredible views.
There are conflicting versions of where he died. Some say that it was while having breakfast on Sunday, others that it was in his bed. Both have incredible ocean views. I hope he felt peaceful looking at the majestic Pacific ocean.

I can imagine El Divo de Juárez, as he was known, happy in this space.

This was a nice feature, particularly if Juan Gabriel was having the fatigue typical of heart disease.

The lower area of the townhouse feature this big rec room.
And the terrace is seriously fit for a king.
What a beautiful view! I hope Juan Gabriel spent his last night on this Earth looking at the stars.
