Deep hydration

After exposing our hair to low temperatures, dry air, snow, woolly hats and other harsh winter elements, we need to nourish it big-time. Nothing does the job better than my beloved avocado.
The product

This hair mask is the combination of two of the stellar products for hair: avocado and olive oil. I start to use it in the winter up to three times a week and will decrease its regularity until the summer, when I use it once a week.
Wheat protein

Wheat protein is a product you want to buy. Among its many benefits are: it maintains silky hair, prevents split ends, prevents dryness and provides a protective layer.

During the cold months our hair absorbs much of the electrical charge from dry air and that’s when frizz occurs. The upcoming humid months will not help much either, so it's always a good idea to keep an anti-frizz product handy.
