I think I can speak for everyone when I say we were all thrilled when we heard Shakira is officially expecting her second child. It took a while for her to acknowledge it to the public, but she recently confirmed the pregnancy in her upcoming cover story for Cosmopolitan Mexico. But what we really want to know now is whether Shaki is expecting a boy or a girl? Anyone else crossing their fingers for a niñita?

Well it looks like baby Milan is about to become a big brother to his baby brother! That's right–it's a boy! Shakira and her hot baby daddy, Gerard Piqué are in fact expecting another son and they couldn't be happier. And they aren't the only ones excited. Shakira's parents Nidia Ripoll and William Mebarak Chadid are just as thrilled. "Yes, another boy. A playmate for Milan, they told Hola magazine. "We are very excited. In terms of that (the baby's future name) we still don't know yet." Aww, leave it to the parents to blow Shakira's spot!
I'm pretty positive their second kid is going to be gorgeous. Shakira and Gerard have really good genes. Their 19-month-old son, Milan is proof of that. I'm also not surprised Shakira is knocked up again. She's been pretty open about wanting to have more kids. She even told Latina magazine. "I would love to have eight or nine kids with Gerard–my own fútbol team," she said.
I don't know when or where Shaki would have the time to have eight kids considering she's already 37 and seems to have her hands full with Milan. "He's an easy one, I think. But nobody told me it would be this hard. It takes a lot of energy from you," she told Us Weekly. "But I love it, I'm really enjoying every bit of it. It's just that it's not as idyllic as everybody tells you, but also not as horrible as everyone tells you."
Let's take things one baby at a time Shaki. You might find yourself happy with just two!
